Don’t List Your SEO Results In Your Portfolio

Did you ever wonder why some of the big wig seo’s never list there SEO results in there portfolios? We have received such questions in the past and I am sure we will receive more in the future. In the post your about to read I am going to explain quite simply why they refuse to list there results publicly!

WARNNING: The answer may come as a shock to you!

The reason I’m creating this post is to help you keep your clients from getting banned in the search engines. Yes that’s right BANNED!

By listing your customers results in a public fashion for the search engines to read they can easily spot link buyers and sellers of which they are trying to eliminate. Google has a spider bot that now thinks and reads like a human being. If it sees you listing SEO results they will instantly assume that you have purchased links for your customers. While this might not be the worst thing for the SEO companies in general, it will effect there past customers who are listed as google will spot this and remove them from there search index!

How To Avoid Link Sellers Penalty!

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

One way to avoid the link sellers penalty !

Since Google has initiated a link sellers penalty things have been hectic for link sellers of all kinds. Link sellers used to make a killing off selling a page rank link to other websites to help them get higher page ranking which in turn allowed them to sell links and make money as well.

Google spotted this problem as people were cheating the search results by allowing their sites to be spammed with links and the website owners that purchased links to gain page rank. Google went directly to the heart of the problem and they are trying to eliminate link sellers by issuing the link seller penalty to anyone caught selling links for Page Rank. You can still buy and sell links for traffic and draw attention to your website, but if sold for page rank in mind you will receive a penalty in no time. Google determines if your website is selling for page rank or not.

So the question remains how can you avoid the link sellers penalty if you still want to sell page ranked links? The simple fact of not listing the URL publicly in user forums like DigitalPoint and V7N and only disclosing it to those that are interested in buying the links through a private message on the user forums is the best way. Think about it, if Google can’t see it how can it be penalized? By doing this we have retained page ranks of 5 and 6 on our websites that were built for selling links.

We do not endorse selling or buying page rank links. We have instead focused on what’s important, selling for traffic and helping your business grow into what could be. By doing this to you will maximize your sales and business growth before you know it! If you’re only business is selling for page rank links then perhaps should focus on learning how to gain traffic to your website’s and then sell advertisements such as banners and blog posts reviews on your highly trafficked sites to those who need traffic in your same niche. This safe and best way to sell advertisements and make a great profit at the same time.

1 Link In Purchased Blog Reviews

Friday, November 30th, 2007

Have you ever wondered why a couple of people including me request that only one outgoing link be placed in our article that we purchase from link sellers? Well today I am going to explain the reasoning behind why this is so!

Its really simple actually, its to avoid a paid link penalty from Google! Think of it this way, if you were organically reviewed by a big time website, they are only going to put one link to your site! Not 3-4.

I hope this tip helps you out enjoy!

2 great ways to get backlinks and traffic

Friday, November 30th, 2007

1. Social Bookmarking

Social bookmarking is a great way of generating traffic and buzz to your website. Using services such as Onlywire and SocialPoster allows you to bookmark your website in multiple bookmarking sites all at once, which saves time and makes it easyer so your not bookmarking individually.

Social bookmarking builds backlinks aswell as brings traffic, services such as Digg can bring you huge ammounts of traffic if you have a site or blog post worth linking to which is usefull or funny or breaks news. I’v had my sites on the front page of Digg many times though out the past 6 months and everytime I’v had well over 30,000 uniques within 24 hours and useually around 5,000 every week for atleast a month after its been on the main page, it also gives many backlinks useusally around pr0-pr2 but can sometimes be higher since every member of Digg who Diggs your site is also backlinking to your site form there profile page and since Digg updates every few seconds Google is allways constantly on the site and will index your site very quickly.

Stumbleupon is also very good for traffic allthough not very good for decent ad clicking traffic, the users only stay on your site for around 2-3 minutes sometimes only a matter of seconds if the article, video or image doesnt attract there attention, again this builds pr0-pr6 backlinks useually averages around pr2.

2. Create a free wordpress, phpbb or CSS template and add your link to the footer

Creating a template which can be downloaded free of charge is a great way of building backlinks. If you build a free wordpress template remember to make it clean and attractive aswell as widget and adsence ready. You can submit your free wordpress template to the many free wordpress download sites which will improve downloads also remember to post the release around forums such as DigitalPoint and in our very own BzImage forum.

With releasing a wordpress theme you can add atleast 3 links to the footer useually designed by: example link, partners: example link and example link

By releasing a free theme or website template you will get free links in the footer of any website that uses that theme or template.

Be Careful On Digitalpoint

Tuesday, November 20th, 2007

After the recent pr update and seeing how a few but not all of my sites dropped from Pr6s down to pr5 and even pr4s I began to wonder how this could be possible!

So after much thinking about it I have determined that the only thing different I did between the sites was the ones that dropped were listed openly on Digitalpoint for link exchanges, I should have know that right away that would have sparked Google’s interest!

So my biggest delight is to tell you to not list them publicly, do it through PM or email!

Thanks
