Do some pushups it helps strengthen the chest and shoulders. Together with some weights I know in no time you'll be in great shape. Better do it with some cardio too.
I have a little bit of experience in this as i've been lifting for a little over a year now. The above workouts are all compound workouts that are great for people starting out that want to work multiple muscle groups and build up. Dead lifts will work shoulders but they also working nearly every other muscle group so you may be tiring yourself out before getting a good should workout in. Shrugs focus more on traps but do work your shoulders a bit.
There are actually 3 parts to each shoulder and people use different names for them but i just say: Front, Middle, Rear.

That video shows you pretty much what you need to do. I've been following him for a while and he always has awesome videos. That video shows compound excerside for shoulders only, it works all 3 parts but focuses more on the middle. Google or youtube rear delt workout and anterior delt workout for more excercises.
You are getting enough protein to rebuild right? Chicken, fish and protein powder.
in addition:
- eat animal sources like fish, meat, eggs and poultry
- eat dairy products like cheese are high in protein but also in fat, which tends to form fat deposits under the skin
- eat best raw foods from plant sources are beans, nuts, seeds and grain products

there are special gears for your shoulder muscles, they helped my friend a lot (they also train your abs).
Pushups and weights can toneand sculpt the body, especially if done regularly.
Pushups and Benchpress are very good to develop yourself fast.
Drinking a few Ensures after each workout can really benefit in gaining mass.

In building up your muscles, the best way is to exercise everyday like push up and barbells with exact weight for you...
And also try to have a balance diet...for more result to gain....
