No follow links will give you the visitors from only where you leave the links but it won't give visitors form search engine. Cause, search engine doesn't mark it as a link.

But there are some nofollow links that are being crawled by Yahoo, Google may not recognize it, but it is included in the Yahoo links. I checked some of the sites linking to my site using backlinkwatch.com, and some of the links there are nofollow.

Nofollow links are usually found in social bookmarking and social networking sites. While they can't be used for link building and improving PR, they can be very helpful in driving traffic especially if the website has high PR.

For me no-follow links are counting as links (as I see in my webmaster central account with Google) although they might not be passing PR - at least they are counting as another link pointing to my site. I'd say getting links either way is valuable.

No follow link can generate traffic depending on a website. If you will notice Digg.com now is a no follow social bookmarking sites but there is no big difference, because many are still posting links there. It means that no follow is still good in generating traffic and conversion.

According to Google's official stand, Nofollow is used to prevent link spam and thus has a reduced value compared to the links without Nofollow tag. This leads me to believe they are worth something, just maybe not as much as dofollow. And it is said that nofollow gives trust so getting Nofollow links won't harm.
In the end it could be good and in the beginning it doesn't really hurt

In my own experiences, no follow backlinks would still be calculated for SERP purpose but not for PR. They are also valid votes for your sites.

there should be mixture of do follow n no follow links..if you do onle do follow ..se will catch u for manipulating and sandbox..no follow also helps to get good traffic,,since they are good site with high traffic

I always set any blogs or sites I own as DoFollow as it encourages comments - providing you moderate and give guidelines on quality of comments then it's a great way to build interactivity into your blog or website. I comment on nofollow and dofollow for the reasons already mentioned above.

Rankings of web pages are determined not only by in links but also by content. Also even a few in links that are not-no followed may give a little extra boost to a web page.

No follow link does not pass the Link Juice but it is considered as a credible back link but sightly less than the do follow one.
