Marketing is very important for the success of your business. So i spend 10% of my business on marketing.
It’s generally not helpful to avoid marketing for a while, then occasionally throw four or five days at it. The most effective marketing approaches are regular events because you want to create continuity and momentum for yourself and regular connection with your target markets.
Hello,
If i have to speak truth than i can say that not so much. its just the five percent of my business money.
Are you using Twitter for marketing? Many people are using this site and are getting great results. But how much time do you need to spend? That will depend on what you want to achieve.
1. Create Plan(s) for What You Want to Achieve
Your first step is to create a plan.
Let's say you want to use Twitter to make your affiliate marketing more effective. Write down a brief plan, with no more than four items.
For example, you could write;
* promote affiliate product X;
* write a review of product X;
* write 10 tweets promoting product X;
* Post 10 tweets throughout the day.
This plan is very simple, and easy to put into practice. (Check your sales once the plan's completed.)
2. Decide on a Timeframe
Now that you've created one Twitter plan, decide on a time frame for putting that plan into action. In our simple plan above, the time frame is a single day. However often you'll create more complex plans which will take longer to complete.
Remember that Twitter should be an adjunct to the other forms of marketing you do. It can make all your other marketing much more effective.
Want to rely just on Twitter? Unfortunately, unless you have hundreds of thousands of followers, it's unlikely that you could make a great living using the site on its own.
Therefore incorporate tweeting into all your marketing activities, rather than thinking of it as something apart.
I spend a lot of time in front of my computer and applying all the things I've learned online, specially those marketing strategies and know what works and what doesn't.
five following principles for brands who want to make it in a world where criticism can be channeled.
- It’s not what you say you are, but how you are. Turn the Brand Pyramid upside down. And now that you are at it, remove the three sections that used to be at the top. Good products communicate by being good products. If people are exited about it they will tell everyone else. If they don’t, focus all your time and effort on making products that they will rave about. That is going to be the first very simple but crucial principle to accept. Bad products will not survive, you won’t have the marketing power or control of the public mind anymore. Just look at what happened to Vodafone 360 despite their clever and expensive branding strategy.
- Expect to make mistakes and be honest about them. You are bound to make mistakes. If you are honest about them, people will trust you and engage with your brand. What you will get back is honesty in return. Do you realize how much an honest customer is worth? They will choose your products or services for the right reason and you will know why. That is what long lasting friendships is all about. Trust, history and honesty.
- Make everything matter In every situation where people interact with any part of your company you’re de-facto exposing your brand values. Whether off-line or online this is what branding is all about. If you have a kick *** customer service then it will be reflected in how people perceive your brand and how they talk about you. Every piece of copy you write for customers. Every sign-up or payment process. Don’t just treat it as a necessary addendum to your company. It’s as much a part of your product as the product itself. Make everything matter you cannot not communicate.
- Listen As the web is transforming into a giant ecosystem of conversations, the single most important ability besides creating great products and services must be the ability to listen. There is no excuse and the benefits are huge. I am not talking about being reactionary and only reacting to bad publicity (although that is certainly also something that needs to be done) I am talking about actively engaging in the conversations around your industry openly showing that you listen and that you have ideas. The better listener you become the better a lover you become and who don’t want to be a great lover?
- Interface is brand Just ask Google. Don’t waste valuable time or money trying to wordsmith the experience you want people to have with your product. Instead provide them with the actual experience. The best call to action is the actual product or service not a description of it.
about 4 hours
i spend 4 - 5 hours daily for internet marketing.
I spend 8 hours a day..
I spend anywhere from 2 hours a day to 12 hours a day. Being a full time internet marketer, it really comes down to when I feel like working. If I actually feel like working and I am motivated to do work, I always take advantage of it and work. You never get more done than then you actually feel like working, so any time I feel like working I work, no matter what time it is. That way I am enjoying what I am doing and making money, can't beat that.
