How do you stay motivated?

When I think of HOW I can do something, I start to come up with ideas, but when I think "I can't do it" or "I don't have the resources" I get nowhere.

I stayed motivated by telling myself that I need to pursue my goal. And reading some motivational quotes really helps.

I try to have a target, sometimes more than one. It's like a game for me - reach the target. Sometimes my targets are some material things like a car or a new laptop or a trip to New Zealand.

These goals are my "holy book" which I read everyday

I promise myself of something good after accomplishing a task. Watching a good movie, or buying some of my favorites sweets.

I find it easy to get motivated when I stop thinking and start doing my job. Seeing that a task is little by little getting finished brings a good feeling to me.

Get excited about your accomplishments, no matter how small they might be.

I don't let failure get to me. If we let failure pull us down, we can't feel motivated no matter how we try to. Another tip is to find something that inspires you. This will make you feel motivated and lift your mood at the same time.

I stay motivated when my girlfriend keep telling me that I can do all the things.She always say that I must be relaxed and pray always I must be thankful with those challenges in life because those things makes me more stronger person.
